This is the stage in which the Department of Justice notifies its intention to revoke the Stamp 4 EUFAM permission and grants a deadline for the person to file a response submission with explanations and documents before the final decision.
Main requirements
- Official notice of intention to revoke and identification of the reasons
- Submission within the deadline stated in the notification
- Updated evidence that the EU citizen exercises Treaty Rights (where applicable)
- Proof of the genuine family bond/relationship and residence in Ireland
- Documentation to rebut the specific reason (e.g. absence, separation, allegation of convenience, dependency, etc.)
